Warranty Coverage
SkySense Labs stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period, we will repair the product without charge, exchange it with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product, or offer a credit towards a future purchase, at our discretion.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4-6 business days of order placement. Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery Time: After processing, items are shipped and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on a flat rate. The cost will be displayed at checkout.

Return Window: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Any custom requests to your map are made to order and are non refundable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Who Pays for Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions: There will be no cost incurred to the buyer for making a return due to any damage or defects of an item.
